1. Definitions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to every individual ("User" or "Member") who uses the g33 platform and all of its services. The meanings of some important terms used below are defined here:

• No deposits or withdrawals may be made from a third party's account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on g33:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (the same for all methods).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳800.

• Wagering Requirement: Withdrawal is only possible after wagering the bonus amount 15 times.

• Bets placed on live betting events after the result has been determined are invalid.
• Placing bets on opposing outcomes of the same event across multiple accounts ("arbitrage") is prohibited.

If g33 detects suspicious betting activity, it reserves the right to suspend the relevant bets and withdrawals pending investigation.

7. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination:

• Providing false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Attempting to steal another member's account information.
• Attempting to exploit security vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes.
• Harassing other members or g33 staff.
• Deliberately placing bets to circumvent bonus terms.

8. Personal Data and Privacy

• All data is protected by SSL encryption.
• Data is shared with third parties only when required by law or to provide the service.
• Members may request to view or correct their data at any time.

9. Technical Issues and Service Disruptions

g33 always aims to provide uninterrupted service, but cannot accept liability in the following situations:

• If a game or bet is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection.
• If the service is unavailable during server maintenance or upgrades.
